Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: October 17, 2026
You can ask Rollie to delete the information we hold about you or your business at any time, and you can remove Rollie's access to your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) accounts yourself. Rollie is operated by Bottom Line Online LLC.
1. Ask us to delete your data
- Email damian@rollietalent.com with the subject "Delete my data".
- Send it from the email address on your Rollie account, so we can confirm the request is yours. If you no longer have access to that address, say so and we will verify you another way.
- If you are asking for a business, include the business name and say whether you connected Facebook.
We will respond within 30 days, and we delete your data within 30 days of verifying the request. We will email you when the deletion is complete.
2. Remove Rollie's access in Meta
You can do this yourself at any time, before or after you write to us.
- If you added Rollie as a partner on your ad account: in Meta Business settings, open Partners, select Rollie, and remove its access to your assets.
- If you connected through Facebook Login: in Meta Business settings, open Connected apps (sometimes listed under Integrations or Business integrations), select Rollie, and remove it.
- From a personal Facebook profile: go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites or Business integrations, find Rollie, and select Remove.
Meta sometimes renames these menus. Once access is removed, Rollie can no longer read or change anything in your accounts, and the access token we stored stops working. Ads that already exist in your own ad account stay there, under your control. Removing access in Meta does not delete the information we already hold; to have it deleted, send the request in step 1.
If your ads run on an ad account Rollie manages
That ad account is held by Rollie, not connected from your own Meta account, so there is no access to remove in your Meta settings. Instead, to withdraw your ads approval, email damian@rollietalent.com or ask the creator named on your review page. Once Rollie receives your request, it stops new ads from starting, but ads already running keep running until they are paused. Each ad needs your own approval, and an ads approval that isn't used within 30 days lapses on its own.
3. What we delete
- Your account, profile and sign-in details.
- Business details, campaign settings and targeting information.
- The stored Meta access token, the permissions you granted, and the details of the Pages and ad accounts you connected.
- Videos, images and other content you uploaded, and your messages and comments.
- For creators, any Google Calendar connection.
- Analytics records linked to your email address.
4. What we keep, and why
- Payment records, such as invoices, amounts, dates and Stripe references, for 7 years, as tax and accounting law requires.
- Records of the consents, agreements and ad approvals you accepted, for as long as we need them to show what you authorized, up to 7 years, and then deleted.
- If you asked us not to contact you, your email address on our do-not-contact list, so we do not contact you again.
- Copies in our backups, which roll off within 30 days.
Information held by Meta, Stripe or Google in your own accounts with them is controlled by those companies and their policies. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
