These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Bottom Line Online LLC, a Michigan limited liability company doing business as Rollie ("Rollie," "we," "us"). They cover your use of rollie.page and the services we provide through it. By creating an account, connecting an account, or buying anything through Rollie, you agree to these Terms. If you use Rollie for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business, and "you" includes the business.
Rollie connects local businesses with video creators who make ads for them. A business can connect its Meta ad account so that Rollie and the creators working with it can create and run ads on that account. Creators can publish a profile, find businesses to work with, and get paid through Rollie. We may change, add or remove features over time.
3. Accounts
Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone has used it without permission.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
4. Connected ad accounts and your authorization
Rollie runs your ads in one of two places, and your authorization works differently in each.
Your own ad account
When you connect your own Meta Page or ad account, or add Rollie as a partner on it, you authorize Rollie, and the creators working on your campaigns through Rollie, to create, edit, manage and report on ads on that account. That authorization is limited to the access you grant in Meta.
Your Pages and ad accounts remain yours. You can remove Rollie's access in Meta at any time; our Data Deletion Instructions explain how. Ads that already exist in your account stay there under your control.
An ad account Rollie manages for your business
You give your ads approval when you approve ads on your Rollie review page after signing in as the business owner. By approving, you let Rollie use the ad account Rollie manages for your business to run ads you approve on your review page. Rollie does this on behalf of the creator named on that page.
Each ad still needs your own approval.
If your ads approval isn't used within 30 days, it lapses. You would then need to give it again.
To withdraw it, email damian@rollietalent.com or ask the creator named on your review page. Once Rollie receives your request, it stops new ads from starting, but ads already running keep running until they are paused.
The full text of this approval is our Ads approval terms.
On either account
You confirm that you have the right to grant that access or approval, and that your ads, your business and your use of Meta follow Meta's terms and advertising policies and the law.
Meta decides whether ads are approved and delivered. We are not responsible for Meta's decisions, outages or changes to its platform.
5. Fees and payment
Fees, including any fee based on ad spend, are the ones shown at checkout or in the agreement you accept when you buy. Ad spend is charged as described there.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By adding a payment method, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge it for the amounts you agreed to.
Unless stated otherwise, fees do not include taxes, and you are responsible for any that apply.
Refunds are handled as stated in the agreement you accepted at purchase, or as the law requires.
If we change our fees, the change applies only after we tell you, and never to a charge you have already agreed to.
6. Booked jobs, payout reversals and deductions
When Rollie books you for a job, the business pays Rollie, and Rollie pays your share to your connected payout account after the work is delivered.
This section applies to every share Rollie pays you: a booked job, a video fee or a share of ad spend. If the business's payment is later refunded, or the business wins a payment dispute (a chargeback) after your share was paid, Rollie may reverse the matching part of your share.
If your payout account can't cover a reversal, the amount may be deducted from your future payouts through Rollie.
If Rollie later recovers an amount it reversed, for example because a dispute is later decided inRollie's favor, Rollie credits it back to you through your future payouts, or pays it to you directly if you have no payout within 90 days.
7. No promised results
Rollie does not promise any result from an ad or campaign. That includes any number of views, leads, customers, sales or bookings, any cost per result, and any return on what you spend. Results depend on many things outside our control, including Meta's delivery and the people who see the ads. When we show you results, they are what was observed for your own ads.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you give us, such as logos, photos, videos and business information. You give Rollie permission to use, copy and display that content only as needed to provide the service to you. Rights in videos a creator makes for a business are set by the agreement shown when the work is bought or approved. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Break the law, or Meta's or Stripe's terms, through Rollie.
Run ads that are false, misleading, discriminatory or that infringe anyone's rights.
Upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that is harmful or abusive.
Access accounts, Pages or ad accounts you are not authorized to use.
Interfere with, probe or overload Rollie, or try to get around its security.
Scrape Rollie or use it to send spam.
10. Third-party services
Rollie works with services run by others, including Meta, Stripe and Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Rollie at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we stop offering the service. Amounts already owed remain payable. Sections 6, 7, 8 and 12 through 15 continue to apply after your use ends.
12. Disclaimers
Rollie is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Bottom Line Online LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Rollie is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or $100.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Bottom Line Online LLC against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your ads, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email or with a notice on rollie.page. Continuing to use Rollie after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
